This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we use the information we collect from you when you use the Pro-Mining website,, (“Site”) and the services offered though the Site (“Services”). By using the Site and/or Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy and our processing of your information in the manner provided in this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you may not access or use our Site or Services.

Information We Collect

To view available inventory on the Pro-Mining Site, you must create an account on the Site. To create an account, you must provide a username (your email address) and unique password.

To subscribe to our Services, you must sign up for a subscription on our Site by completing an online subscription form. You must provide us with your name, address, and credit card information. We utilize a credit card processor and do not store your credit card information.

While using our Services, we have access to the up-to-date current ‘hashing’ rate of your assigned Graphics Processing Unit (“GPU”).

If you email us from an email address that is different than the one you provided to us upon opening an account or subscribing to our Services, we may save that address and any other information in your email for the purpose of contacting you in the future about your account and/or subscription.

How We Use the Information

We use the information we collect from you:

  • 1. To operate and maintain our Site, for example, to provide you with access to our available inventory and to process your transactions;
  • 2. To carry out our obligations with respect to our Services, for example, to ensure the operation of your assigned GPU;
  • 3. To analyze how you use our Site and/or Services to improve and personalize your experience;
  • 4. To develop new functionality, products, services, and features;
  • 5. To find and prevent fraud, to find and prevent money laundering, and to monitor suspicious activity;
  • 6. For compliance purposes, including to enforce our Terms of Service, this Policy, and any other legal rights, and to satisfy any legal obligations;
  • 7. To communicate with you, including to respond to your requests for assistance and customer service and to provide you with updates and other information relating to our Site and/or Services; and
  • 8. To send you emails regarding new services, releases, and upcoming events. You may opt-out of receiving these emails using the ‘unsubscribe’ function in the emails we send.

Use of the Pro-Mining Website

The Pro-Mining Site, whether accessed via a computer or mobile device, automatically collects certain information about visitors and stores it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (“IP”) addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type and version, operating system and other usage information about the use of our Site, including a history of the pages you view. We use this information to help us further develop our Site to meet our visitors’ needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our Site, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitors’ preferences. We may use third-party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor, and analyze this information to increase our Site’s functionality.

Further, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining access to this information. At your request, in certain circumstances and subject to certain restrictions, we will work with you to:
